ECHO Food Service Marketing combines over 60 years of front of the house and equipment experience to form a comprehensive group of foodservice specialists in the specification and sales of equipment and supplies. Our goal is to blend our extensive knowledge, proven sales methods, strong work ethic and broad territory experience to enhance the growth and profitability for the manufacturers, AND provide exceptional products and services to our customers. We service Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, & West Tennessee.

Eddie Heap

Front of the House Specialist

Eddie is a 30+ year foodservice veteran with a career spanning restaurant operations, sales, marketing, and representative, with a speciality in E&S.  His extensive knowledge of all segments of the industry – from independent restaurants, chains, hotels, convention centers and healthcare facilities – has earned him the highest level of respect from industry peers and clients. Eddie and his team are well-versed about the products they represent.  He is highly regarded as being tenacious, professional and responsive, representing the manufacturers to serve the customer, and ultimately, the consumer, with top quality products.

Wendy Barras

Front of the House Specialist

Wendy has over 30 years of foodservice experience. She has worked in high volume hotel purchasing offices, managed S&E department of full-line distributor, and represented a variety of lines, which makes her uniquely qualified to manage all aspects of sales and to pull sales through the supply chain. Adding value with her ability to discern opportunities and create strong relationships, Wendy understands the importance of staying relevant and being able to convey important information to the dealer/distributor supply chain.  She is a great communicator and considers the ability to keep manufacturers informed of market trends, competitive information, and territory opportunities a key component of her value.

McKenzie Reeves

Front of the House Specialist

The newest member of the ECHO team is very familiar with the foodservice business. Georgia native but Louisianan at heart, McKenzie Heap Reeves started at Echo Foodservice Marketing in August of 2021 and has officially taken her position as Sales Representative. McKenzie is passionate about hospitality and education and is combining these interests to inform, advise and serve our clients. She completed her degree at University of Louisiana, Lafayette (ULL), majoring in education, and spent six years as an elementary teacher before joining the ECHO Team. McKenzie and her family, along with dogs, cats and goats, reside in Folsom, LA.
